h5777 Terms & Conditions

In these terms and conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings given below —

• "Platform" refers to the h5777 website and all related services, games, and software.
• "Player" refers to any person who has registered and is accessing the platform.
• "Services" refers to all services offered on the platform, including football betting, Live Casino, Slots, 3D lottery, Poker, as well as bonuses and VIP programmes.
• "Currency" refers to Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks).
• "Bonus Amount" refers to the playing funds granted by the platform to a player based on their deposit.

By accessing the platform, the player acknowledges that they have read and understood this document in full, and that these terms form a legally binding agreement between the player and h5777. It is understood that the player declares they are 21+ years of age and are accessing the platform of their own free will.

To place bets on the platform, the player must open a valid account and meet the following requirements —

• Must be 21+ years of age at the time of registration.
• Must provide accurate personal details — full name, date of birth, and contact information.
• Each player may open only one account. Duplicate or fraudulently opened accounts will be closed immediately and the funds in those accounts will be subject to a decision.
• The player must keep their login credentials strictly confidential and must not share them with friends or family members under any circumstances.

h5777 may at any time request that the player provides proof of their national ID and payment method. If the required documents are not provided within the specified period, the account may be temporarily suspended.

The available deposit and withdrawal methods on the platform are — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount — 5,000 Ks (for all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal amount — 10,000 Ks.
• Withdrawal processing time — normally completed within 1 hour.
• Deposits and withdrawals are processed in Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30).

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Some withdrawals may take longer due to anti-money laundering (AML) checks carried out by h5777. If there is a delay, our Support team will contact the player directly.

Withdrawals apply only to funds for which the bonus wagering requirement has been met, and to the player's own deposited amount. Bonus funds for which wagering has not yet been completed cannot be withdrawn.

h5777 offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to 300,000 Ks. To claim this bonus, the following conditions must be met —

• Wagering requirement — the bonus funds can only be withdrawn after wagering 25x the bonus amount.
• Example 1 — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, making your total balance 44,000 Ks. You must wager 24,000 Ks × 25 = 600,000 Ks.
• Example 2 — If you deposit 520,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 300,000 Ks, making your total balance 820,000 Ks. You must wager 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within 7 days of receiving the bonus. If not completed in time, the bonus amount will be forfeited.

The platform has 3 VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback amounts are as follows —

• Bronze — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 1.0% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 1.5% cashback per week

VIP tier upgrades are determined based on your play history and how regularly you play on the platform. Cashback funds are subject to standard wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn immediately after being credited.

The platform reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time. If a player or group of players is found to be exploiting bonuses, the bonus terms may be reviewed and the bonus suspended.

All games offered at h5777 use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology provided by the respective game providers to determine outcomes, ensuring that results cannot be interfered with by any external party.

• Players must make all gaming decisions independently. The use of external software, bots, or any other methods to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.
• If a technical error occurs during gameplay, the result of that round will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• Players must not exploit their gaming skills to deceive or manipulate other players.

When betting on football and sports markets, players must review the odds independently before placing bets. Odds may change after a bet is placed, so players acknowledge that they are betting at the odds confirmed at the time of placement. Payouts will be made based on the final result after the event, and no payment will be made before an official result is announced.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at h5777 —

• Hacking, modifying, or attempting to reverse-engineer the platform software.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering.
• Using another person's card or bank account without their authorization.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to gain an advantage.
• Bonus churning — playing through games in a way designed to exploit bonuses.
• Deliberately exploiting a game bug more than twice, or failing to report such a bug to the platform after becoming aware of it.
• Two or more players secretly colluding to manipulate game outcomes.

Players may contact Support at any time to request closure of their own account. If the closure is requested due to a gambling problem, it will be processed immediately. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining at the time of closure will not be refunded, but the player's own deposited amount will be reviewed and returned.

h5777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a player's account for any of the following reasons —

• A breach of these terms and conditions is found.
• Personal information is found to be inaccurate, or the player is found to be under 21.
• Account restrictions may be applied based on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
• Activity that threatens the platform's technology or security has been detected.

Account suspension means only playing access is blocked — it does not automatically mean your funds are forfeited. Any remaining balance may be returned after a proper review, depending on the circumstances of each individual case.

• Losses caused by third-party breaches where the player disclosed their login credentials.
• Game cancellations due to a fault on the game provider's side — in such cases a refund will be issued, so no loss is incurred by the player.
• Bonus funds depleted without the player first checking the applicable wagering requirements.
